So I made it back to the gym last night, thanks to Lori. She's such a good friend and great motivator. She signed up yesterday for the triathlon, and is holding me to it. So now it's fish or cut bait. It looks like I can reasonably do something at the gym 2 days a week, and if I make a point of at least getting out for a walk or two with Vincent the rest of the time, hopefully I can ward off major damage to my knees on race day :) It looks like my parents will be in town for the race as well, so that can be an additional motivator.
Didn't do much - 30 minutes on the elliptical and some crunches and balance ball. I'll try to get back on day 58.
