Well, I finally made it back to the gym this week. I decided to take it slow. As eager as I am to shed some pounds, sweat a bit and get up to speed, I realized that too much too fast could really set me back.
So it was some speed walking, some bike time, and some crunches to start.
Two days later, and I still hurt a little. How lame is that.
I'd like to go twice a week. Maybe Sunday?

Juliet, not lame at all! 2 days later is always worse than 1 day later, and if you only hurt a "little" you're doing great. You ain't gettin' out if it that easily, lady. ;) Go you!
